Website Maintenance

All websites require maintenance from time to time in order to stay in shape. At Switched On Media we offer several maintenance packages to fit most businesses needs. Some websites require very little maintenance and may benefit from an hourly (as needed basis) program. Others may require more frequent updates and may benefit from our annual maintenance program.

Whether your website was designed by ourselves or another company we are happy to maintain it for you.

Hourly Maintenance Program

Sites requiring little maintenance are the most suitable for this type of maintenance program. Our hourly rate for general updates such as text and pictures is £35/hr. Most updates can be completed within one hour.

Annual Maintenance Program

Sites requiring routine updates are a best fit for this type of maintenance program. Annual maintenance programs require a custom quote. Fees are based on the complexity of the website and the frequency of maintenance required. The advantage to this type of program is that you are able to get a more economical rete based on the volume of service needed.

Maintenance Requirements

All text updates must be delivered in either MS Word format or via email. Pictures must be provided in electronic format via disc or email. Picture scanning and word processing services are not included in the maintenance programs.
